The Love Series by Melissa Collins (review)

This series is a must read. I gave every book 5 stars.. It is an uplifting true love story. The books follow the two main characters Maddy and Reid. It goes back and forth between the two perspectives (love this type of writing). It shows how no love is perfect and you have to work through your problems together to make it work. It also shows how no one is perfect and stuff happens. They meet and sparks fly and Reid gets scared, but they end up together anyhow. It also show everything after, like how they deal with have a child at an early age and getting comfortable in your own skin. It really is a great series and I would recommend it to everyone. I don't want to give away anything, but they go through every day problems that alot of us face everyday.

Revenge, by J.J. Knight (Review)

I read an arc for the author. This is my first time reading anything from this author. I was impressed, because the book really kept me engaged the entire time and ended with me saying wtf just happened. There is a major cliff hanger,and this is 1 of 5 books. It seemed short to me, but I don't know if that was just me, plus I read in pdf format so I don't know how many pages there really were. I really liked the book, there are a ton of twists and turns, you will be saying what the heck. It follows a girl who moves to Cali from a small town (literally she lived on a farm), so there are alot for her to get used to. Well right off the bat she gets mugged while (flirting) with a guy playing music on the corner. They have an instant connection. She has no idea who he is or anything. They keep running into each other. She moved to Cali for a job at a music producing company. I can't give any spoilers so I will stop here. Just know that it will keep you guessing and I still have no idea what is going to happen in the next book. I gave it 4/5 stars in goodreads. I didn't give 5 stars only because it felt short to me. If it was on the story or the base of the story, I would give 5/5. The story line is great and new and fresh. I haven't read anything like it. I would recommend this to anyone that likes a story that is going to keep you guessing and rooting for the girl from a small town. This was a very interesting story with a major cliff hanger. At the end I was like huh, this is the end. It was good and I do want to read the next one to see what happens. It seemed short to me, but I don't know if that was because I read it in pdf format. That could have had something to do with it. The story follows a girl who just moved to Cali for a small town. She used to live on a farm. She meets this guy who is playing a guitar on the corner. They have a connection right off the bat. She starts her new job and just keeps running into this guy. There is some major twists ahead. I have no idea what is going to happen in the next book. Really good book.

Mangled Hearts by, Felicia Tatum (Review)

This book was great. It goes back and forth between present and past and goes between the two main characters perspective. Very unique and really like this format. Anyways it is about these people that meet in high school and a bunch of stuff happens and they lose touch. In the present Francesca is a lawyer and has to represent who else but her high school sweetheart Cade. The story unfolds and there is every indicator that Cade is a big time alcoholic.  In the beginning of the book you find out that Francesca  lost her sister in high school also. So it unfolds and you find out what really happened. So you have Francesca that was dealing with losing her sister and her high school sweet heart and you have Cade who is battling his issues as well. It is a great heart felt story with a really nice and sweet ending. I gave this book 5/5 stars on Goodreads. I really liked the story and it was very happy.

Just finished this book. Really enjoyed it. It goes back and forth from when two people met in high school and how they lost connection. They reunite. Every chapter goes back and forth from both of the main characters perspectives and goes from present to past. I really like the format of the book. Anyways something happens in high school to tear them apart and the book shows them getting to know each other again. It was a really cute story.

Taco Bell Sauces

So I got a box of Taco Bell Sauces from CrowdTap to try.
We got one bottle of Mild, Hot, Verde and Fire.
We used them on Super Bowl Sunday. We had some people over. We made nachos, with ground beef and sour cream and cheese and topped it off with taco bell sauce. We also served pizza and topped it off with Taco bell sauce.
They are great, I never knew they sold them at stores like this. It is so great, there are so many different things you can do with them to spice food up. I am working on looking up different recipies I can use them on. I have to give the Taco Bell Sauces 5/5 stars.
If you like spice and you like the sauces available at Taco bell go pick up a bottle or two. They are sold everywhere. I just seen them at Walmart.

Meant To Be, by P.L. Jenkins (Review)

I read an arc of this book. I liked the story, and what it is about. I didn't care for the layout. I would have liked to see it start with a tid bit about her child hood and a bit about the other things and then go into the book. It starts out with Kya in New York and doesn't really tell you anything but, she is from Texas. You slowly learn everything throughout the book. My only comment was that the story unfolded slowly and towards the end went crazy fast. This is a second chance love story with alot of drama and a lot of back and forth. It really is a good story, I know the edited version will be better. If you like second chance love stories with alot of drama and secrets you will like this book. It has a happy ending also for all of you that love happy endings. I do really like how she did the ending. The last chapter takes place in the future and tells you where everyone in the book is now. I gave it 4/5 stars. I was going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars and I think the edited version will be great...=)

Ok I thought this book was interesting. I did read an unedited arc, so i know the reading experience of the finished book will be better. The story itself is a good one. I didn't care for the layout, but it still was a good story. It is a second chance love story. If you like them you will enjoy this book. It also has alot of drama and a bit of action and some characters with sketchy pasts. The book starts and you don't really know any of the background information. You learn that bit by bit. I was really going between 3 and 4 stars. I am giving it four stars because I think the finished book will be better. The book follows Kya a girl from Texas. Slowly you learn alot about her as the rest of the story unfolds. I don't do spoilers, so just buy it if you like to read second chance love stories. One Night With Him by; K.S. Smith (Review)

This is a book I got from the author to read. What a great story. I really didn't know what it was going to be like, I knew it was going to be a love story. It was very witty and fresh. In the beginning of the book I was literally laughing out loud and some of the things the main character did. I could see people doing this and I know some of the stuff I probably have done or would do.  The book follows a young woman who is the maid of honor in her best friends wedding. She ends up having a one night stand. She finds love, and what kind of love story would it be if there wasn't some type of drama. It deals with something people every day deal with. It really is something that could happen. It was a very up lifting story and I really liked it. I gave this 5/5 stars because I just thought it was so well written and really kept my interest. If you like love stories that have a twist in the middle but you still get your happy ending this is the book for you. The people in the book are people that you can relate to or literally meet every day. It was a nice change of pace, I read from every genre so this was a little different from what I have read recently. Sorry no spoilers!! I can tell you she leaves some of the information, or background information about the characters until the very end. So it was nice to not know everything about them until the end.

Wow this story is very witty and fresh. It is a love story. It starts as a girl who is a maid of honor in her best friends wedding. She has a one night stand and it goes from there. I really enjoyed the story. The only thing I didn't like which still didn't make a difference is how the guy in the story talked. There are guys out there that really do talk like that all the time.. =) If you like love stories with drama and a happy ending you will like this story. She leaves little tid bits about the characters to the very end, this way you really don't fully know them until the book ends. Really good job!!
